After placing your order, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
We charge a flat rate fee of $8.00 for shipping.
Free local pickup at our St. Albans, WV location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Saturdays. Please have your photo I.D. available upon arrival.
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
All knives are inspected at the time of packaging and are non-returnable. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 304.721.8812.
Case and BokerUSA offer LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTIES. If you believe your knife has a manufacturer defect, please contact the appropriate manufacturer.
